NAME
Pamela Isley

ALIAS
Poison Ivy

AGE
30

OCCUPATION
Brotherhood (though she doesn't interact too directly in it, due to her dislike of the Joker)

RELATIONSHIPS
None

PERSONALITY
Ivy is extremely confident and sure of herself.  She knows her talents and knows her weaknesses, and uses both to her advantage.  She can be extremely flirty - though there is often an ulterior motive behind it.  She’s got some serious emotional walls, and rarely lets anyone get past them.  She also is extremely manipulative and cunning.

FEARS
Being powerless, global warming, deforestation, fire, axes, weed killer, salt, though often the use of any of the mentioned objects will just make her angry.

HISTORY
Pamela grew up in a wealthy family, though her parents' constant pampering and over-protectiveness left her shy and naive of the real world.  So, when she went away to college, she was easily seduced by her botanical biochemistry professor.  He used his influence over her to use her in his experiments, injecting her with poisons and toxins that nearly killed her and drove her insane.  After one particularly nasty reaction to a poison, the professor fled the scene, leaving Pamela in the hospital for six months.
While there, she suffered violent mood swings, due to the reaction to the toxins in her body, and her anger at her professor’s betrayal.  After Pamela was released, she attempted to return to her normal life, though the toxins in her blood proved problematic.  After she accidentally killed her boyfriend by causing him to suffer from a massive fungal growth, she realized she had no hope for a normal life, and turned away from humanity.
Pamela then began her criminal career, making threats and stealing money to give to organizations that specialized in solving environmental issues.  However, after Batman thwarted her plan to ransom Gotham City, she was locked away in Arkham.
Some time after that, an earthquake shook the city, allowing Pamela to escape.  She made her home in Robinson Park, turning the once dirty and drug-filled space into a Second Eden, removing herself from the territory fights going on between other villains.  While there, she took in sixteen orphaned children who had wandered to her isolated paradise, sympathizing with their plights.
Sometime after, she also took in Harley Quinn, who had been abandoned by the Joker after he almost killed her.  This began a lasting friendship between the two, Pamela often aiding Harley in criminal activity and quite often trying to sever her abusive relationship with the Joker.  Along with the orphans, Harley was one of the only people Pamela genuinely cared about.
Eventually, after Gotham was reopened to the public, the city council made moves to evict Pamela from the park, uncomfortable with her criminal record and history of mental instability.  They also mistakenly thought the orphans were hostages, and threatened to spray the park with a powerful herbicide that would have killed Pamela, the plants, and seriously harmed the children.  At first, Pamela refused to surrender, but after one of the children was accidentally poisoned, she stepped down, handing herself over to the authorities.
Sometime after, she escaped from Arkham again, and went back about her life of crime.  She spent a good amount of time visiting the orphans she cared for, but after they one by one started dying, Pamela came to realize that her powers were killing them.  She went to Bruce Wayne, asking his help in reversing her powers and making her normal again.
A little while after, Pamela was convinced by Hush - an old time friend of Bruce Wayne’s turned adversary - to reclaim her powers.  The serum, however, seemingly killed her.
Right before the rift opened, Pamela rose from her “grave,” having been fed nutrients and energy by plants.  She came out a much more hardened woman, convinced not to let herself become as weak as she had before.  Just as she rose, she was sucked into the rift, and was intrigued to find herself in a place different and yet not unlike her own world.  She sees this as a chance for a fresh start, and intends on continuing her life of crime.

POWERS/SPECIAL TALENTS
The dangerous experiments that transformed Pamela into Poison Ivy placed a deliberate overdose of plant and animal based toxins into her bloodstream that make her touch deadly while also allowing her to boost her immunity to all poisons, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. She also gained some plant-like characteristics, such as her breathing in carbon dioxide and requiring sunlight to survive. The amount of vegetable toxins and chlorophyll in her tissue tinted her skin permanently green. After years of practice, she regained the ability to consciously control her appearance, restoring herself to an almost fully human facade, with only her lips and eyes tinted a bright shade of green.
Ivy's body produces pheremones that make people susceptible to mind control around her, although strong-minded people are usually capable of resisting.
She specializes in hybrids and can create powerful floral toxins.  Often these toxins are secreted from her lips and administered in her preferred way, a poisonous kiss, usually after professing false love or affection for her victim. They come in a number of varieties, from mind-controlling drugs to instantly fatal toxins.  She also has the ability to control plants with her mind.
Poison Ivy carries, on her current costume, a certain amount of live vines: coupled with her natural ability to commune with plant life, they act as weaponry, or defensive/grabbing appendages. Their supply is, however, limited.

Our common goal was waiting for the world to end
Now that the truth is just a rule that you can bend
You crack the whip
Shape-shift and trick
The past again

I'll send you my love on a wire
Light you up every time
Everyone, ooh
Pulls away, ooh
From you
