Fresh start..? [OPEN]

(ok so... yeah... i won't be on much 'cause of the net here, but i wanted to try and starta topic just in case sincei missed RPing so much^^)

The room was quiet, until a light knocking from the window was heard. Some more shuffling sounds could be heard, before the window was pushed open and someone land softly on the sill. The young boy hesitated for a moment while taking the room in, frowing to himself as he saw two beds.
Sighing, he jumped inside and landed soundlessly on the floor, throwing his bag on what he thought would be his bed. He wasn't even sure if this was the right room... He had just asked soem teacher quicklya nd then hurriedly high tailed out fo the building when the halls was starting to fill with students.
He mutterd something to himself, rubbing his face.
"Way to go on your first schoolday Vali..." he mumbled to himself.

Hannah was walking down the hall when she heard a loud thunk in one of the rooms, frowning she knocked on the door where it had come from. "Is everything all right?" She asked with concern as she bit her bottom lip.

Hearing another voice out of nowhere, Vali gave out a squeek and and almsot tripped over his own feet in surprsie. Quickly gettign a hold of himself, he cleared his throut and tried to hide his embaresment.
Whoever it was who had asked sounded a little concerned.
"Yeah, it's all fine," he said a little quickly, thinking of maybe jumping back out the window.

Hannah frowned, "If you're sure." She said slowly before turning to go again, she did after all have things to do today.

Vali breathed out in relief, this gave him some more time to prepare himself before he staretd socialising. Ha. By Odin was he lame at times...
Thinking to hard on why he was sucha failure, he didn't look where he was puttign his feet and tripped over himself.
"Shit!" he said before his face kissed the floor with a loud thud.

Hannah paused in step when she heard another loud thud from the same room, she turned around and shook her head. "Are you sure you're all right?" She asked with concern, she didn't quite understand why the guy...er she checked the name plate Vali or Flash would be having troubles.

"Ah.. och... Yes! yes I'm alirght, nothing for you to be concernd about," he said while rubbing his nose. He looked down at his hand. Seriously? A nosebleed? whoever his room mate is will for sure not like the blood in their room.

Hannah frowned, his voice sounded muffled "You don't sound fine....can I come in?" She asked quietly, she didn't like it when someone was hurt and she couldn't help.

Again, he felt the panic comming back and stumbled over to the door, almost tripping over himself again. "No no no, no need really I'm fine!" he tried to reassure, btu knew he was failing at it. He sighend,knowing he was makign things worse the more he denied it.
So he mentally smacked himself and pushed the door open, covering his bleeding nose with one hand. "I just tripped..." he trailed off as he took the girl in. Um, wow. She's pretty cute.

Hannah's eyes widened when she saw the blood start to leak past his hand, "You are not all right! What happened?" She asked with concern as she raised her hand and healed his nose. She studied him for other injuries, noting that he seemed to be new and fairly nice so far.

He flinched when she raised her hand to his face, out of reflex and instict thinking he was about to get attacked. However he quickly relaxed as he felt the familiar magic of healing on him, and imediently recalled his mother. It felt warm and comforting... just like her.
"Thanks..." he mumbled, eyes looking down at the floor. "But really i was fine, I just... tripped."

"Oh, well these floors are slippery." She said with a small frown, it wasn't a lie either...earlier that morning she had almost slipped on her way to the bathroom. "And you're welcome, my name is Hannah by the way....what's yours?" She asked curiously.

Vali felt himself smile a little, still shyly but also relifed. "Hannah? Pretty name, means flower," he started to say, but traield of again in embaressment. "I mean uh... I'm Vali..."

Hannah blushed, "Oh it does?" She asked curiously before smiling when he introduced himself, "Well Vali, its a pleasure to meet you." She said honestly.

He held back a blush he felt comming on, and harkled. "Same here. I mean, for meeting you, yeah," he stutterd and glanced away. "So eh... am I too late for the classes to start..?"

(hope it's ok if I still have Vali have a crush on you? ;D)

Hannah shook ber head, "Nope, classes start tommorow so you'll be just fine." She said as she turned down the hallway. " So uh...where are you from?" She asked curiously.

(I knooooooow (totally shipping that by the way) but him having a crush is fun >:3 mehehe)

Vali felt a little relived to kow he hasn't screwed up with shcool yet and sighed. However, when she asked him where he came from...
"I uh..." he hadn't thought about that question so far... "From Europe... somewhere... Sweden! or was it Denmark? No, no. Sweden, yeah," he stutterd, unsure of his own asnwear. He just recalled being 'sort-of-known' in the northen countries around there.

She smiled at him warmly, "Oh that's awesome! I've always wanted to go to Europe, what's it like?" She asked eagerly as she gave him her full attention.

"...um," he should've been expecting that question at least. Now too bad he hans't been there for over... how many years? 50?
"It depends on where you are, really," he mumbled. "Europe has, well, ALOT of different cultures. If you like the cold but enjoy great landscapes and green nature, then the northen parts are a great place," he smiled shyly.

Hannah brightened, "That sounds amazing! Better then where I'm from, that's for sure." She added with a little laugh as she thought about Utah...it wasn't a bad place per say but it could definitely be better.

"Well... where are you from?" he asked shyly, as always curious about new places and exploring. Well, that's the only thing he's been doing for a couple centuries now anyway...

(totally fine! i barely have internet anyway ;3; *huggles*)

Hannah bit her bottom lip as she tried to think how best to describe Utah, "Well its a desert but considering that it does have really pretty views. I mean its not like the kind of desert with the cactuses and the sand blowing everywhere.....thank goodness and it gets hot...like really hot. The weather there is always...dramatic, like winter it'll get really cold and stay cold for months on end and the summer months get really hot, the only time its really bearable is fall....which is when its just perfect, not too hot and not too cold." She said quietly.

Vali litsend with interesst. Ok, so there's obviously still some places (alot of places) he still hasn't been too... and he's never had any problem with the wether, even if it's to hot or to cold. Guess being part animal and part god gave those privileges to you.
"I always enjoyd pretty views," he murmured with a smile, before blushing again and clearing his throut.
